Are You Sure You Want to Follow the Leader?

Part 1 - A Group is Only as Good as its Leader
A good leader:
- Treats you as a leader
- Exudes good will
- Is light-hearted, maybe even playful
- Increases your understanding and your physical energy
- Is not seeking fame or fortune
- Is never sarcastic
- Easily laughs at himself/herself
- Treats flattery as superficial
- Lies (a leader's white lies count as lies)
- Acts as though he/she is better than others
- Implies he/she has unique or secret knowledge that can't be shared
- Pulls the group's attention back to him/herself even when an on-point dialog occurs between others
- Makes fun of people
- Doesn't treat group members equally
- Gossips about other people
